If you have never been to Seattle Aquarium, you’re missing out! Located at 1483 Alaskan Way Pier 59, Seattle, WA 98101, this dazzling marine attraction provides a unique and memorable experience. With its playful otters, amazing octopus, and Pacific coral reef, you’ll feel like you’re on a science expedition! The Aquarium is a CityPASS partner, and children under age 3 are admitted free! If you’re planning to come with a group, it’s worth booking in advance.

There are some things you need to know before visiting the Aquarium. Its opening is scheduled for 2024. The Aquarium’s new Ocean Pavilion is a major draw in Seattle’s revitalized central waterfront. With an estimated eight to twelve million visitors per year, the Ocean Pavilion will provide a platform for education and inspiration for local and international communities. You can use your CityPASS to see the Aquarium and four other attractions in one visit for just $89 for an adult ticket or $69 for a child ticket.

The aquarium’s underwater dome is an excellent way to learn more about the marine life. Visitors can view a 400,000-gallon tank from below, and watch the fish being fed by staff. At 1:30pm daily, a staff member will feed the fish. The aquarium also features numerous interpretive shows for you to enjoy. The aquarium is very accessible, and has plenty restrooms for visitors.

Whether you’re visiting with children or adults, Seattle Aquarium is an excellent family-friendly attraction. Its exhibits include marine mammals, schools of salmon, and life on the edge. The museum is well-suited for families and adults alike, with daily dive shows and demos. For those with kids, the aquarium features sea otters, a shark, and other marine life. It’s a fun place for the whole family, so make sure to plan a visit when you’re in the area.

The Aquarium is located at the waterfront of Seattle, and is a central component of the waterfront’s redevelopment. The Aquarium is a center of marine education and research and serves over 800,000 visitors each year. The aquarium has recently expanded its space by 18,000 square feet, adding a cafe, gift shop, and two new exhibits. The Pacific Coral Reef features a man-made coral reef, and the Ocean Oddities exhibit showcases a variety of rare and interesting fish.

You can also see an octopus in action when it swims across the tank! The tank are always maintained, and the animals are well taken care of. Another fun exhibit is the Puget Sound Fish, where you can see a variety of Puget Sound fish that includes unusual species of the region. While you’re there, don’t miss the chance to touch anemone friends and learn about the many different species they live in.

After your visit to the aquarium, you can enjoy some shopping, eating, and drinking at various nearby restaurants. If you’re a foodie, you have to try J & M Cafe and Sluggers Bar & Grill! There are also a number of coffee shops in the neighborhood if you’re looking for a quieter place to relax. You’ll be happy you came here for a day of fun and education!
